Commissioner Xavier Blackman signed on behalf of St.Maarten’s Civil Servants, an agreement with USONA to fund a project for the Exchanging of Working Experience & Professional Training for Civil Servants on February 24th 2010.
This project is funded by the Government of St.Maarten and is valued at 400,000 guilders.
It will focus on strengtening the Civil Servants in quality.
Activities would include International Internships, Participation in Conferences & Following Professional Trainings.
This program should last 3 1/2 years.
