The St. Maarten Chamber of Commerce and Industry would like to inform the members that during the nomination period that ended on Wednesday, November 17th 2010, five persons were nominated for the three (3) vacancies on its Board of Directors.
After screening of the nominations by the Election Committee, five nomination forms were returned to the nominees for revision of shortcomings/defaults. The deadline for re-submittance is Monday, November 22, 2010 at 12:00 noon.
The five (5) candidates that were nominated to fill the two for the Small and one Large Business Sector vacancies. They are candidates: Messer. A. Bute, G. Daniel, H. Pantophlet, T. Leonard and A. Ouenniche.
