The Police Force of Sint Maarten (KPSM) is reminding the public that the Gun Amnesty Project is currently in effect.

Now is the time to act.
This program provides you with the opportunity to voluntarily turn in illegal firearms safely and anonymously. By doing so, you are helping to reduce crime and make Sint Maarten safer for everyone.
Be advised:
If illegal firearms are discovered during police controls or operations, strict legal action will be taken. Individuals found in possession of illegal weapons will face the full consequences under the law.
