The St. Maarten/Saint Martin Christian Council and the St. Maarten United Ministerial Foundation last January 24th 2010 held a radiothon on behalf of the disaster in Haiti that is the result of the massive earthquake.
The Christian community handed over a check on Friday February 5th 2010 at 11.00am at the Robert Mayer Baptist Church next to Kentucky Fried chicken in Philipsburg from the result of the Radiothon, to Sir Robert Velasquez in aid of the Haiti victims.
