On Wednesday January 27th 2010, Commissioner William Marlin & USONA, held a Signing Ceremony in connection with the Hope Estate /Youth Plan /Versterking wetgevings capaciteit & Beveiliging waarde documenten.
They signed off 9 million guilders for projects p such as strengthening Governments Legal Affairs Department, the installation of a conveyer system for sensitive documents & a new version of the Youth Social Formation program. They also signed for 24 three-bedroom apartments in Hope Estate, costing 4.4 million guilders with 3.5 million guilders from the Dutch development funds & an additional 900,000 guilders from the Island Government.
