Minister of Constitutional Affairs Mr.Roland Duncan, invited Mr.Koopman as a requiste of the Bestuurs Academie St.Maarten, to be present during the Informational Sessions that were held for St.Maarten’s Civil Servants on St.Maarten becoming a country, from January 4th to January 7th 2010.
The Bestuurs Academie St.Maarten is a co-partnership of the Bestuurs Academie Netherland & the University of the Dutch Caribbean in Curacao ( a local partner for the Caribbean). It provides Development & Education Programs for St.Maarten & Federal Civil Servants.
He was on the island for the week of January 4th 2010.
More informational sessions are set to be held in February 2010 for the Civil Servants.
