Timothy Ahlip of Heavenly Water presented a cheque to the St. Maarten Little League Association on Wednesday.
Heavenly Water has been a faithful sponsor of the St. Maarten Little League Association since 2002 sponsoring events such as the major championships held on St. Maarten in 2003, 2005 and 2007 by providing bottled water for the players.
Besides their annual monetary sponsorship, they work under a special agreement with the League throughout the local competitions providing water for the concession stand. The sale of the water brings in a profit for the organization which is used to fund the activities of the St. Maarten Little League Association.
Receiving the check on behalf of the St. Maarten Little League Association is Mrs. Elmora Aventurin-Pantophlet, District Administrator of St. Maarten.
She thanked Mr. Ahlip for their kind and long time support to the St. Maarten Little League Association.
