Telecoms provider, UTS, was once again voted favorite in The Daily Herald’s annual ‘Best Of’ end-of-year readers poll. To celebrate this distinction and to thank the voting public, the company is offering two special offers starting today, January 29th 2013. For the customers of Chippie mobile services, the company will offer a reduced calling rate of only ANG 0.05 per minute all week to other Chippie customers. This special rate will apply between the hours of 5PM and 10PM. "This offer will be available to both our prepaid customers and postpaid customers and is our way of saying Thank You to those customers that select us as their mobile telecoms provider of choice." says UTS Marketing and Communications Officer, Ivy Lambert. CaribServe Mobile Broadband internet is another service offering of UTS. The company will be offering a month of free service to anyone signing up for new CaribServe internet service. The offer is extended to anyone interested in the CaribServe 4G technology or the CaribServe Canopy service. "With planned expansions to new neighborhoods in the coming weeks and upgrades in capacity in existing 4G area’s we expect to be able to grow our CaribServe 4G coverage in the coming year significantly.
