The prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams invites all Civil Servants and the community in general to attend the Pink Parade Breast Cancer Awareness march on Friday.
The March, which is presented by the Prime Minister in collaboration with the Positive Foundation and the Electralyets Foundation, will be starting at the Festival Village at four fifteen sharp on Friday afternoon. During the event a limited amount of pink t-shirts and bandanas will be handed out to registered participants. "I encourage all to come out and support this event. So many of us have been or know someone who has been affected by this terrible disease and it is important that we all support the campaign to raise the awareness necessary for us to ensure that the necessary support and care is there.
