There will be a public plenary session of Parliament on May 24 regarding the Criminal Code.
The meeting will take place on Thursday morning at 10.00am in the General Assembly Chamber of the House of Parliament on Wilhelmina Straat #2.1 in Philipsburg.
The first agenda point will deal with incoming documents.
The second agenda point is related to the National Ordinance establishing the new Criminal Law Code.
This plenary session was initially planned for May 21 but had to be postponed due to the swearing in ceremony of the new government.
The public plenary session will be carried live on St. Maarten Cable TV Channel 20 and via Pearl Radio FM 98.1. The audio will be carried via the Internet www.pearlfmradio.com.
