The Video X Games Foundation on Thursday met with the media in connection with their upcoming Video X Games (VxG). The event is slated for July 13 to the 15 and will feature gamers from various parts of the world who come to experience high level competitive gaming with St. Maarten as their venue.
During their information session, gamers from abroad were also involved via the internet with live video streaming. The VxG Foundation has many more announcements to make regarding the July event in the coming weeks. As the only organization in the Caribbean to bring together all the best video game players in the region and the world to compete against one another, the Video X-Games has made its name in the local and regional gaming community as the most highly anticipated annual video gaming event since its inception in 2002. The last edition of Video X Games attracted a record 250 participants, with over 50 of those from abroad.
