Honourable Minister of Plenipotentiary Mathias Voges on Friday, July 1st emancipation day laid a wreath on behalf of the people and Government of Sint Maarten at the Slave Monument.
The Dutch National Institute of Dutch Slavery Past and Heritage organized a ceremony at Oosterpark in Amsterdam.
