Traffic control EUX
On Tuesday afternoon, 22 July, a traffic control was conducted on Van Tonningenweg on Sint
Eustatius. During the control, several drivers were checked, resulting in one fine being issued for
driving without valid insurance. Several drivers received a warning for not wearing a seat belt.
The KPCN will continue to carry out checks at various locations on the island and warns all road users
to have the necessary documents in order. The police will continue to conduct these types of checks
to ensure the safety of all road users. It is very important to comply with traffic regulations and
thereby contribute to safe traffic on the island.
