St. Maarten Cable TV announces that the new Simpson Bay Mailbox location is now open for business to better accommodate subscribers who are switching to the new digital service.
There have been several delays in customer wait times due to connectivity issues; however, there is now a process in place to rectify the problem when it occurs. The local telephone company is currently working with St. Maarten Cable TV to resolve this service issue.
The new Mailbox location is at the Palapa Center, across from RBTT Bank and near the Cole bay and Cay Bay areas. This location will only process bank card transactions (credit or debit cards) or check payments. Customer service representatives will be available to process digital swaps, new accounts and assist with other cable TV related inquiries. Hours of operation at this location are Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
