Stabbing on school bus.

On Monday February 6th at a proximately 06.45 a.m. a Philipsburg police patrol was directed to Sundial School where a stabbing among students had taken place.

On the scene the investigating officers spoke to a bus driver who stated that the incident took place on the
school bus he was driving bus. During the investigation the officers learnt that the three victims involved in the incident were still on board of the bus. One victim with initials J.H. had a wound on his left hand and a second wound to his back, just below his neck from which he was bleeding profusely and stated to be feeling quite weak.
The other victim with the initials S.E. had a stab wound between the fingers of her left hand. Both victims were transported to the Sint Maarten Medical Center for treatment. The suspect K.R. was arrested on the spot and transported to the Philipsburg Police Station for further investigation. The weapon used in this case was also confiscated.
