On Tuesday, October 25 at approximately 07.35 p.m., based on information reaching the police department regarding the sale of drugs at a home in Banjo drive Cape bay, police carried out a raid at that home in question.
During that raid and search of the home a plastic bucket containing a substantial amount of compacted marihuana was found and confiscated.
Also weighing scales, transparent plastic bags and other paraphernalia used to prepare the marihuana for sale were also found and confiscated. The suspect was not at home during the raid. The police department is still searching for the suspect in this case. These types of raids will also continue once the proper information reaches the police department.
