On Tuesday September 20th at approximately 07.00 a.m. a man was arrested at the Princess Juliana International Airport with intention to board a flight and leave the island.
The arrest of this man was made after police receive information that the man in question was the possible suspect in the murder case behind the former Cake House in Cay Hill. Information also came in that this man was using false identification. After this suspect was brought to the Philipsburg Police station and questioned he turned out not to be the suspect the police has been searching for. He was immediately released and taken back to the airport so that he could catch his flight.
