The 2nd Tri-Partite meeting between the Ministers from; Aruba (Minster of Justice & Education Arthur Dowers) (Minster of Immigration Oslin Sevinger), Curacao (Minister of Justice Elmer Wilsoe), St.Maarten (Minister of Justice Roland Duncan) and The Netherlands (Minister of Kingdom and Interior Affairs Piet Hein Donner) was held on Sunday June 19th 2011.
