The Philipsburg Jubilee Library presents an Author Book Reading by Jacky Rom who is currently on the island. Earlier this year Jacky Rom was here promoting her first book "The Missing extra".
Jacky Rom uses her time here on the island for inspiration to write her other up coming books in the series of "The Missing Extra".
Jacky Rom, a British drama teacher turned author, wrote a series of 5 books called; The Amazing Adventures of Starr. Book 1 is called "The Missing Extra".
It is a Mystery Novel for 8 to 12 year olds. It is full of intrigue and suspense.
Not only will Jacky Rom be visiting various primary schools during her visit; she will be at the library on December 18th 2010 for a special story time from 11 am to 12 pm. looking forward to seeing you here @ your library.
