The Leeward Islands Cricket Umpires Association held their biannual meeting from August 13th upto and including August 15th 2010 at the Bute Hotel.
The L.I.C.U.A. had 9 umpires from St.Maarten, 4 from Antigua, 4 from Nevis, 4 from St.Kitts & 1 from Anguilla.
Speakers present at the meeting were the President of the L.I.C.U.A. Mr.Chancy Mack, Commissioner of Sports Mr.Frans Richardson, President of the Sxm Cricket Association Mr.Imran McSood and the Vice President Mr.Mitcheum.
