Introduction: Commissioner for the past three years you have assigned Ms.Olga Mussington to be the coordinator of the Emerging Global Leaders Program. A program that is sponsored by Scotiabank and York University, one of the leading University in Toronto Canada. This program is designed to provide an opportunity for students from across the Caribbean to integrate their academic studies with their knowledge skills and attitudes and put them into practice with their peers.
Students from various schools here in St. Maarten have benefited from this program and as you know, 14 students attended this program, last year in St. Kitts. We are here today Commissioner to say that your selection of Olga to be the coordinator was prefect and to also recognize Olga for an excellent job that she has performed in the last three years and hopefully will continue to do so in the future. She is well organized, committed, focused, shows initiative and is a very caring individual. It was truly a pleasure working with Olga. On behalf of my staff and Scotiabank I hereby present Olga with this plaque and gift certificate, as a token of our appreciation.
