Plague Exchange took place Wednesday afternoon of the Celebrity Solstice during her inaugural call to Philipsburg. The presentations were made by captain of the ship Mr. Skylogiannis Tanagiotis to Lt. Governor Mr. Franklin Richards, Commissioner Mr. Theodore Heyliger, Commissioner Mr. Roy Marlin and Councilman Mr. George Pantophlet.
