The Election Committee of the St. Maarten Chamber of Commerce and Industry hereby informs the members of the results of the re-submittance postulation of candidates for the Board of Directors of the St. Maarten Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The Election Committee met again to review the re-submittance postulation forms of the various candidates for the existing three vacancies and has arrived at the following conclusions:
The two candidates have met the requirements of the Chamber Election Ordinance, Mr. X. Blackman and Mr. B. de Castro.
Consequently there would be no election.
