In a letter to the Joint Court of Aruba, Curacao, and St. Maarten and Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba, dated Wednesday July 5th, the lawyer of Julian Woodley in his capacity as act. Island Governor of St. Eustatius has informed that their client will appeal the verdict handed down by the Judge in First Instance on June 15th. The appeal is against the verdict of the Court in First Instance of Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba in the summary proceeding case KG 2017/15 between the appellant as defendant and Charles Woodley and Derrick Simmons as plaintiffs.
