Pakistan win toss, fielding vs West Indies in first Test

KINGSTON, Jamaica – West Indies will bat first, after Pakistan won the toss on the opening day of the historic first Test in the Brighto Paints presents the Q Mobile Cup Series today at Sabina Park here.

 

The Windies have handed maiden Test caps to 2016 ICC Youth World Cup-winning captain Shimron Hetmyer and fellow Guyana Jaguars left-hander Vishal Singh. They become the 310th and 311th players to wear the maroon cap for West Indies in Tests.

 

The Test is the 50th to be staged at this venue and between the two sides.
