The Immigration and Border Protection Service (IBP) would like to announce the closure of it’s Admittance and Residency Office, specifically for the intake of documents, from Monday 16th December 2013 until Friday 3rd January 2014. During the week of December 16th – 20th clients will only be allowed to pick up permits that are ready and will be contacted in advance to visit the office.
During this period a number of personnel trainings and system upgrades will take place. The office will operate normally as of Monday 6th January 2014.
The IBP apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause as they work toward improving the service provided to its clients.
