The Ministry of Public Health Social Development & Labor is asking the community of St. Maarten to assist in aid for the fire victims of Cole Bay. All persons, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s), religious organizations, and businesses, who wish to make a donation can do so at the RED Cross-St. Maarten, which is located on the Airport Road #34, Simpson Bay. Critical items for donation are as follows: bottled water, non-perishable foods, clothing, feminine hygiene products, personal items (soap, towels, body lotion, powder, deodorant), housewares (pots, pans, dishes).
As Minister of Public Health Social Development & Labor, I urge the community to assist the victims where possible, in addition, it is important to have these activities channeled through one organization, the RED Cross.
