Five Associations to be rewarded an "orange bow" for initiatives commemorating the Inauguration of King Willem Alexander

The National Committee Inauguration designed an orange bow as the official recognition for festive activities throughout the Kingdom. As part of the activities marking the inauguration of King Willem Alexander, five persons, associations and/or organizations locally will be rewarded with an orange bow to recognize their activities to mark this historical event. Each country within the Kingdom will be recognizing five initiatives. His Excellency, the Governor of St. Maarten Drs. Eugene Holiday will bestow this special recognition to the respective persons, associations and/or organizations.

 

 

To qualify for an orange bow persons, associations and/or organizations must meet the following requirements:

1. The activity must be original, positive and authentic

2. It must speak to a wide audience

3. The activity must fit within the theme "My dream for our country, inspiration for our King"

If your association qualifies for the recognition of an "orange bow", or if you want to submit the name of an association that meets the criteria, kindly submit your activity to the following email: oc********@gm***.com by Friday, April 5, 2013, under the subject "Orange Bow".

1. Name of organization

2. Name of activity

3. Description of activity

4. Why your activity qualifies for an orange bow

5. Your contact information

Qualifying associations will be informed by April 17, 2013. Selected organizations may use the logo in their publications to display their support to the National Committee Inauguration in their festive activities. The logo however may not be used for commercial purposes.
