Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports hon. Silveria Jacobs said she was very excited to see the Philipsburg Jubilee Library be fitted out with solar panels that would lower the monthly costs of electricity. Jacobs said she is looking forward to schools and other service oriented institutions having the same opportunity. "I congratulate Deputy Prime Minister Hon. William Marlin and Ministry VROMI as well as the Philipsburg Jubilee Library for all it has done in collaboration to realize this project.
