St John’s, Antigua – The West Indies Cricket Board today announced that the Guyana Cricket Board has written to advise of the GCB’s ability to host the First Test between West Indies and Pakistan in July.
The WICB management will now advise the International Fixtures Committee of the assurance from the GCB and await the recommendation of the committee. The Board of Directors will meet later this month in Barbados where the IFC’s recommendations for host venues for the Pakistan tour will be presented and discussed
