Cap: The Prime Minister of St. Maarten, seen here with some acquaintances, amongst whom Vice President, G. Arnell, attended the Prefet of St. Martin’s New Year’s Reception at the Prefecture in Marigot last Thursday. The reception, which was also attended by the Governor of St. Maarten His Excellency Eugene Holiday and the Deputy Prime Minister the Hon. William Marlin, was filled to capacity with dignitaries and guests from both side of the island and neighboring countries and territories.
