The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams met with Postal Service St. Maarten (PSS) outgoing director Mr. Denicio Richardson and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the PSS Mr. Hubert Pantophlet last Friday. The PM, who was accompanied by both the legal advisor to the Prime Minister Mr. Hensley Plantijn and the PM’s senior policy advisor Ms. Emilia Thomas, discussed the various issues that the PSS has been facing lately with the management and board of the PSS. The meeting also served to update the Prime Minister, in her capacity as shareholder representative for the PSS, on the current developments within the country’s postal service.
