Bureau Ombudsman wishes to inform the general public, in keeping with the discretionary authority granted to the Ombudsman in article 17 sub 2a of the National Ordinance Ombudsman, that effective February 1st 2013, the Ombudsman will not be accepting complaints dealing with matters prior to October 10, 2010.
