Additional Central Committee Meeting on Friday afternoon

 

Crime and Justice Issues; Census 2011 Central Committee Meeting on Monday and Session on Dutch Military Base on January 30

A third Central Committee meeting has been scheduled for January 25 with respect to the Border Management System, Crime Fighting Initiatives and Security Companies operating on the island.

The Central Committee meeting is scheduled for Friday afternoon at 4.00pm in the General Assembly Chamber of the House of Parliament at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.

 

The three point agenda also includes crime statistics for 2012 as well as other relevant information.

The Central Committee meeting was requested by the United People’s (UP) Party faction.

A Central Committee meeting is scheduled for January 28 at 10.00am. The agenda point is information regarding the problems or issues leading to the delay in making public the Census 2011 statistical information.

A Central Committee meeting is scheduled for January 30 at 2.00pm in the General Assembly Chamber of the House of Parliament at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.

Brigadier General D.A. Swijgman of the Netherlands Naval Command in the Caribbean, Directorate of the Dutch Caribbean Coast Guard and Task Group 4.4, will be informing members of parliament about the deployment of Royal Dutch Marines to the country and the location of the Marine base that is to be established.

Members of the public are always welcome to be present in the General Assembly Chamber during public meetings to follow the parliamentary session scheduled for that particular day.
