Mr. Denicio Richardson tendered his resignation on Thursday 27th December 2012 as Statutory Director for Postal Services St. Maarten NV (PSS) per 1st February, 2013, to the Shareholder Representative of PSS, the Hon. Prime Minister Wescott-Williams.
Between now and the said date Mr. Richardson will work with the Shareholder Representative to transfer his duties to a successor, who has yet to be appointed by the Shareholder of PSS, being the Government of St. Maarten.
Mr. Richardson will also be seeking to resolve and settle outstanding matters prior to his last date bringing his relationship to a proper closure.
Mr. Richardson is honored to have set up and lead one of the country essential service branches with its workers and wishes his successor all the best in the future in continuing to develop and grow our very own postal administration.
