The man with initials R.W. filed a complaint with the Detective Department stating that on Friday November 16TH at approximately 05.10 p.m. while behind of the counter of the former Tito’s Bar on the Well road, an unknown young man came into the establishment and at an unexpected moment snatched his gold chain from his neck and took off running. The victim stated he chased the suspect for a short while but then stopped. The Special Robbery Unit is investigating this case.
