The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams received a visit from Little Miss St. Maarten contestant Ms. Sapphire Elisa. The contestant in Sunday’s Pageant requested to see the PM because according to Sapphire, "The Prime Minister is my role model and I wanted to talk to her both to get inspiration and to conduct an interview." During the fifteen minute long interview the PM took time to answer numerous questions from Sapphire, including what inspires her and what she considers her greatest accomplishments. The PM wished Sapphire and all the contestants much luck in the pageant and said she looked forward to personally attending the event to be held at the Celebration Palace this Sunday.
