Prime Minister Attends Lunch For Police Week

The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams was accompanied by Minister of Health, Labor and Social Affairs the Honorable Cornelius De Weever in joining the various law enforcement agencies of the Dutch Kingdom in a lunchtime buffet at the Emilio Wilson Estate to celebrate the 2nd Anniversary of Police Day. Law enforcement agencies from the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Suriname are also on island to celebrate police week, a weeklong of activities aimed at building closer relationships amongst the various law enforcement agencies. The Prime Minister congratulated law enforcement officers and commended them on their fine work, especially considering that their day coincided with the second celebration of Constitution Day.
