The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot Williams attended a church service in celebration of the one hundred and third birthday of Mrs. Aliette Hyman. The Prime Minister commented that it was a great honor to be present at the celebration. "Mrs. Hyman is my aunt-in-law, the aunt of my late husband and I was honored to join friends and family in observance of her 103rd birthday at a church service held for this occasion in French Quarter. I took special note of her comment during the service that her long life could be attributed to her faith in God, …fish and funchi," commented the Prime Minister
