On Wednesday September 12th several supermarkets in the Middle region area were checked by controllers of Economic Affairs namely M. Wilson and P. Hook. The Community Police Officer Helen Cristina-Romeo was also present during these controls. Those supermarkets that were not in the possession of the necessary permits were told to have these documents immediately regulated or stand the risk of being closed down.
