On July 6, 2012, St. Maarten Cable TV launched its first all-digital package since migrating to its digital platform. The Digital Bronze package is a mixture of 20 channels that features regional and international news, music, sports, games, entertainment and movies. The package was originally offered to all subscribers through a free preview that will end on September 11.
"When we launched this new package, we wanted all subscribers to view the new and exciting programming that we had to offer. On September 11, the channels will be available via subscription for $12.60 per month", Managing Director Beulah Jonis stated.
To subscribe to the Digital Bronze package or any other package, the account holder should send an e-mail to cu**********@in**********.net or fax the following information to 542-5284: account number, account name, contact cell or telephone numbers and the numbers of any form of identification. The account holder should indicate if the form of identification is an ID card, license or passport. Subscribers can also drop off the above information in writing in the drop box which is located outside of the Madame Estate Office next to the main entrance. The drop box method can be used during working hours, after office hours and on weekends.
The Digital Bronze package includes: Fox Business News, Euronews, CCTV News, VH1 Classic, BET Gospel, Fight Now, Golf Channel, TV Games Network (TVG), Halogen, Sundance, The Church Channel, JCTV, Teen Nick, France 24 (French), Jamaica News Network (JNN), Reggae Entertainment (RE),TV5 Monde (French), Fashion TV and Euro Channel. The channel numbers for these new channels can be located by pressing the Guide button on your digital remote.
