Tuesday 4 September – The L.B. Scott Sports Auditorium and the John Larmonie Center benefited from the generosity of The Windward Islands Bank Ltd. (WIB) who donated a 400 kilowatt Caterpillar generator along with the fuel tank and electrical supplies needed to make the installation a success.
Both facilitates will be able to share this generator and in the event of power outages, any games or events taking place at these locations will still continue thanks to WIB. Having the generator will also allow for these two Centers to be used a hurricane shelter as well.
