Prime Minister Congratulates Nicole De Weever on Featuring in Obama Campaign

Nicole to Feature in Vote44Victory Campaign

The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams congratulated local cultural icon Nicole De Weever on being a part of American President Barack Obama’s Vote44Victory campaign.

The Vote44Victory campaign is a fashion Viralsuperpac designed to inspire, motivate and galvanize America’s 44th President Barack Obama’s so-called generation X/Yers. Ms. De Weever was chosen as one of the faces of the campaign because she embodies the spirit of the movement, according to a comment from Mr. Calcie Cooper, campaign founder; "Nicole is the epitome of what our brand represents — youthful, inspiring, encouraging and committed to helping the lives of others through her craft. Her accomplishments with the Broadway spectacular FELA and activism implored us to engage her as apart of this movement," Commented Cooper.

The Prime Minister commented that Ms. De Weever continues to make St. Maarten proud; "Nicole continues to make St. Maarten proud through her excellent work both on and off the stage. St. Maarten can call herself fortunate to have Nicole represent us both in the United States and abroad. Nicole is truly a cultural ambassador for St. Maarten," commented the Prime Minister.

"I am so excited to be one of the models on the website the designs were already launched on Mr. President Obama’s website on the 4th August and the exclusive launch was on 14th August," commented Ms. De Weever.

The campaign will run until the end of the elections period in the United States. The Vote44Victory will also feature hats, t-shirts, and i-phone cases. The idea is also to feature the campaign into a clothing line inspired by Obama’s legacy.
