TelEm Group and show promoters Riddimbox are back together again to showcase top musical acts on St. Maarten.
The last time the pair collaborated was at the sell-out 1-Red Nation concert as an opening act for Carnival’s International nights.
TelEm Group and Riddimbox are banking on a repeat of the carnival success with a Club night at Soggy Dollar Bar, August 25th featuring reggae star Romain Virgo.
The Club Night is being promoted under the name of Romain Virgo’s hit song, Can’t Sleep.
"Music lovers everywhere know the song "Can’t Sleep", but few of them know the artist behind the song. We plan to change all that with a fantastic night at Soggy Dollar Bar," said show promoter himself, Randy Piper.
According to Randy the "Can’t Sleep" club night will live up to its name in every way with special drink promotions, giveaways and special promotions from main sponsor TelEm Group and a free introductory "Insomniac" beverage to get the party rolling.
"There will be an Open Bar VIP seating, entertainment from the Captain Morgan girls and free shots for early guests – and all for $20 entry.
"Romain Virgo is a performer you will be hearing more and more about in the coming years. We are very fortunate to have him perform on St. Maarten for the first time. We can say that among the Caribbean islands we had him first," continued the promoter, who highly rates the local talent that will also be performing, among them Dancehall and Reggae singer Acha.
RiddimBox and TelEm Group launched a flyer campaign island-wide today to bring public attention to the upcoming event.
"Even though this event is not on the scale of our Carnival concert, it packs every bit of punch in a fun club atmosphere," said Randy.
