The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams met with the British High Commissioner for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean including the Dutch Caribbean Mr. Paul Brummel on Friday to discuss matters related to the relationship between Britain and the Dutch Caribbean, particularly St. Maarten and issues concerning British Citizens living on the island.
Mr. Brummel is the former British Ambassador to Kazakhstan and non-resident ambassador to Kyrgyzstan. He now is the senior diplomat in charge of the diplomatic missions to the Eastern Caribbean. Also in the picture is Mr. Guy van der Meulen, Director of the Foreign Relations Department.
