The water front road in Cole Bay will be closed as of Monday June 11th.
Head of the Department of New Works Kurt Ruan addressed the upcoming road closure with members of the press on Wednesday afternoon. He stated that the road closure will facilitate the upgrading project which forms part of the overall upgrading of the Cole Bay District. This will involve upgrades to the sewage system, sidewalks, drainage facilities, street lights and underground cabling for a period of two months.
