Dear Madam President,
The Undersigned George Pantophlet Member of Parliament through you would like to submit the following questions to Minister of economic Affairs Franklyn Meyers;
1. How many persons are in the possession of a license to operate Jet Ski’s?
2. What criteria are the Jet Ski license holders supposed to adhere to?
3. How many persons submitted a request to operate Jet Ski’s between the time of January 2011 to January 2012?
4. How many requests were given a negative advice during the period January 2011 and January 2012?
5. How many of the request that were given a negative advice by the Department of Economic Affairs has been approved by the Minister? And based on what criteria were they approved?
6. Is there a moratorium on the issuance of Jet Ski licenses and if so when was this put in place?
7. Has this moratorium been lifted?
