Parliament held a meeting on the Civil Claims and Bankruptcy on Monday February 20th 2012.
A Representative from the Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Bar Association was present for the parliamentary hearing that started Monday afternoon at 2.00pm in the General Assembly Chamber of the House of Parliament.
Invitees for the Monday hearing gave their input with respect to the national ordinance to amend the Civil Code regarding Civil Claims and Bankruptcy decree 1931 with some additions to the new Civil Code.
