Parliament has six meetings this week; Civil Claims and Bankruptcy to be discussed on Monday

Parliament has six hearings and meetings planned for this week including Civil Claims and Bankruptcy for Monday.

Parliamentarians will be dealing with Establishment New Penal Code and Inheritance and Legacies on Tuesday at 2.00pm; National 2012 Budget on Wednesday at 10.00am; Insurance and Annuities on Thursday at 10.00am; Property Law and Contracting of Work on Thursday at 4.00pm; and the Sole Proprietorship Law on Friday at 10.00am.
Representative from the Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Bar Association will be present for the parliamentary hearing that starts Monday afternoon at 2.00pm in the General Assembly Chamber of the House of Parliament.
Invitees for the Monday hearing will give their input with respect to the national ordinance to amend the Civil Code regarding Civil Claims and Bankruptcy decree 1931 with some additions to the new Civil Code.
