A Central Committee of Parliament hearing was held on February 7, 2012 about Inheritance and Legacies.
The hearing was scheduled on Tuesday afternoon at 4.00pm in the General Assembly Chamber of the House of Parliament.
The law that parliamentarians dealt with the National Ordinance establishing Book 4 and Title 7.3 of the Civil Code, National Ordinance on Inheritance and Legacies.
The Association of Notaries gave their input with respect to the aforementioned national ordinance.
